I’m a life and leadership coach trained through the Academy for Coaching Excellence (ACE), an accredited training program of the International Coach Federation (ICF). I’m called to foster communities where no one is left behind and everyone is supported, and to help the helpers in life.
I love supporting young clergy and religious professionals who want to experience more joy and ease in their lives so they can be of service wholeheartedly. The work we do matters, and I want us to have a long and fruitful vocation.
What is a coach, you ask? A life or leadership coach is someone who helps you go past your usual stopping points to make the difference you’re here to make. And to do it with more ease and joy! Seriously, it’s pretty much the best.

Who: Young clergy and religious professionals. “Young” is a self-identified concept. Somewhere hovering around the Millennial Generation; or, closer to the beginning of your career than retirement.
